By accessing, using, or connecting to SoloPool.Com (“the Service”, “the Pool”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Miner”, “you”, “your”) and SoloPool.Com, its owners, operators, affiliates, and successors (collectively “SoloPool”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICE.
By connecting your mining equipment to our pool, submitting shares, or otherwise using any aspect of our Service (in any mode — Solo, Prop + Pool, or Solo Split; on any regional endpoint), you:
SoloPool.Com provides a Bitcoin mining pool service that supports three distinct operational modes, chosen by each user via the stratum password field. Our Service includes:
x or 100All of your shares attempt to solve a full block for your address alone. If you find a block, 98% of the reward is paid directly to your address via the coinbase transaction. If you never find a block, you receive nothing.
0All of your shares contribute to a shared “proportional” round. Prop + Pool pays out ONLY when a block is discovered through the Prop + Pool round itself — that is, when the winning share came from a miner who routed at least some of their hashpower to the Prop + Pool (either a pure Prop + Pool miner or the Prop + Pool portion of a Solo Split miner). When that happens, 98% of the reward is divided among all Prop + Pool round participants, across every region, in proportion to the round difficulty each contributed.
Round contribution is credited at the difficulty the pool assigned to your connection when the share was accepted — not at the difficulty the share actually happened to hit. A share that lands far above its assigned target is credited the assigned amount; its advantage is that it may clear network difficulty and be a block, not that it earns extra round weight.
BLOCKS FOUND BY A SOLO MODE MINER DO NOT PAY OUT TO PROP + POOL PARTICIPANTS. If another miner on the pool is configured at 100% Solo (password x or 100) and finds a block, 98% of that reward goes to that Solo miner alone. Prop + Pool participants receive nothing from a Solo-found block, even though they were actively mining at the time. This is a fundamental property of how Solo mining works: Solo shares are never pooled, so Solo-found blocks are never shared.
If no Prop + Pool round ever produces a winning block while you are participating, you receive nothing. Individual shares are not payouts; only a Prop-Pool-routed winning share triggers distribution to round contributors. There is one Prop + Pool round shared across all six regions, and every block found — in any mode, on any region — ends that round and resets it for everyone. See Section 3.
1–99A hybrid of Solo and Prop + Pool. The numeric value you send as the password is the percentage of your shares that attempt Solo; the remainder contributes to the Prop + Pool round.
Each share is routed to exactly one path. A Solo-routed share that finds a block triggers a Solo-style payout (98% to you alone); a Prop-Pool-routed share that finds a block triggers a Prop + Pool distribution (98% divided proportionally among round contributors, which includes you). The share that found the block determines the payout rule, not your overall ratio.
The same rule about Solo-found blocks applies: if your Solo-routed share wins the block, the Prop + Pool round does not pay out, neither to you (for your Prop + Pool contribution) nor to any other Prop + Pool participant. Only Prop-Pool-routed winning shares produce Prop + Pool distributions.
Solo Split is subject to additional operational rules, including the 48-hour lock on ratio decreases and the two-arm penalty system — see Section 11.
Recommended — geo-steered (routes you to the nearest healthy region, with automatic failover):
stratum+tcp://stratum.solopool.com:3333 — standard difficulty
stratum+tcp://stratum.solopool.com:4444 — high difficulty
Direct regional endpoints — every region runs both ports:
la.solopool.com:3333 / :4444eu.solopool.com:3333 / :4444ny.solopool.com:3333 / :4444asia.solopool.com:3333 / :4444me.solopool.com:3333 / :4444sp.solopool.com:3333 / :4444All six endpoints are the same pool — see Section 3. Connecting to a direct regional host instead of the geo-steered name pins you to one region and removes the automatic failover the steered name provides; that choice, and its consequences, are yours. SoloPool.Com operates on Bitcoin Mainnet only.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any guarantees, regardless of the mode or regional endpoint you operate on.
SoloPool.Com Mainnet is served by six regional endpoints — Los Angeles, Europe, New York, Singapore, Dubai, and São Paulo — which operate as one pool. The regions share a single Prop + Pool round and are kept in agreement with one another by an authenticated peer-to-peer mesh running between the servers.
This is a change from how the Service previously operated. Until August 2026, SoloPool ran two independent regional pools with separate rounds that did not pay each other. That is no longer the case. If you are returning after an absence, the paragraphs below describe the current behaviour and supersede anything you were previously told.
By using the Service on any regional endpoint, you accept the following operational consequences:
A block’s coinbase transaction is built by one server: the one whose miner found the block. That server pays out from the round state it holds at the instant of block construction. Round contributions reach it by network propagation across the mesh, and propagation is neither instantaneous nor guaranteed.
Accordingly, and without limiting Sections 6, 12 or 18:
Region availability is not guaranteed. Any regional endpoint may become unavailable at any time, without notice, due to maintenance, hardware failure, upstream network or transit failure, routing changes, DNS or CDN failure, data-center outage, DDoS attack, regulatory or registrar action, or any other cause. We are not liable for any loss arising from regional unavailability.
Choice of region is yours. We do not direct you to any particular regional endpoint. Selecting a region is your decision and is generally guided by network latency. We are not responsible for advising on region selection.
A miner sees on the website that “the pool found a block” and expects a Prop + Pool payout. That payout occurs only if the block was found by a Prop-Pool-routed share. A Solo-found block pays its finder alone, on every region, and still ends the round and resets everyone’s round statistics to zero. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this rule and waive any claim against us based on the expectation of a payout from a Solo-found block.
NO MINING MODE OFFERED BY SOLOPOOL.COM GUARANTEES A PAYOUT. EVERY MODE CAN RESULT IN COMPLETE LOSS OF YOUR INVESTMENT.
The probability of any payout depends on factors entirely outside our control: your hashrate relative to the total network hashrate, the current network difficulty, the behavior of other miners on the pool, the regional endpoint you connect to, and pure statistical chance. None of these can be guaranteed. You may mine for extended periods — months or years — and receive nothing.
YOU CONNECT TO AND USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, REGARDLESS OF WHICH MODE OR REGION YOU CHOOSE.
By using SoloPool.Com in any mode and on any regional endpoint, you explicitly acknowledge and assume ALL RISKS including:
Bitcoin mining rewards are probabilistic. There is NO GUARANTEE you will receive any payout in any mode or on any region. Solo mode is closest to gambling with very low odds; Prop + Pool mode smooths the variance but cannot create payouts where there are none; Solo Split inherits the risks of both.
SOLOPOOL.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:
We provide NO GUARANTEES that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOPOOL.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY REASON, IN ANY MODE, ON ANY REGION.
We are NOT LIABLE for:
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $1.00 USD, in any mode, on any region, for any reason.
You agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SoloPool.Com and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, and court costs — arising out of or relating in any way to:
We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with that defense. You may not settle any such matter in a way that imposes any obligation, admission, or liability on an Indemnified Party without our prior written consent.
This Section survives termination or expiration of these Terms and your discontinuation of use of the Service.
You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for:
Fees are non-refundable. Payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
We reserve the right to modify the developer fee at any time, with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
We have no pool wallet. Payouts go directly to your Bitcoin address through the coinbase transaction of the block itself, in every mode, on every region.
ENSURE YOUR BITCOIN ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Funds sent to an incorrect address in a coinbase transaction are unrecoverable. We have no way to reverse, refund, or reissue payments.
This section describes operational rules specific to Solo Split mode and to the Prop + Pool portion of any user’s activity. By mining in any mode other than pure Solo, you accept these rules as part of your agreement with SoloPool.
Your mode (expressed as a Solo % value from 0 to 100) is tied to your Bitcoin address, not to individual workers and not to a specific region; it applies identically on all six regional endpoints. If multiple workers under the same address connect with different password values, the highest value (the most-Solo one) is applied to the entire address. Workers sending lower values are silently forced to the higher effective Solo %.
Increasing your Solo % (for example, 25 → 80) takes effect on your next share. Your accumulated Prop + Pool round contribution prior to the increase is preserved in the single mesh-wide round until that round ends.
Every increase in Solo % starts a 48-hour lock. During that window, any attempt to decrease your Solo % (including sending a lower password value on reconnect) is silently ignored. Your miner continues to operate at the higher Solo %. No error is returned to your miner; the pool simply does not apply the decrease.
After 48 hours have elapsed since the most recent increase, a decrease is allowed. When a decrease takes effect, your current round statistics (round shares, round best-share, round difficulty) are reset to zero mesh-wide. Any round contribution you had accumulated before the decrease is lost for round-distribution purposes. You are not entitled to compensation, back-credit, or any other remedy for this reset.
To protect active miners from freeloading by intermittent, rented, or trickled hashrate, Prop + Pool round weight is subject to two independent penalty arms. Both are computed automatically by the pool server.
Arm 1 — Offline penalty. Measured from the time a worker stops submitting shares.
Arm 2 — Hashrate shortfall penalty. Compares the hashrate you are actually delivering against the round contribution you are accruing. A worker delivering at least 85% of its implied rate incurs no penalty at all. Below that threshold, nothing is applied for the first five hours; a small penalty begins between five and eight hours; and full effect is reached at roughly sixteen to eighteen hours of sustained shortfall, with depth scaling to the size of the shortfall.
The two arms are combined by taking the GREATER of the two, never the sum.
Additional rules apply to both arms:
Bitcoin’s network consensus rules require every coinbase transaction output to be at least 546 satoshis. If, at the moment a Prop + Pool or Solo Split round wins, your computed share of the 98% would produce an output below 546 satoshis:
Dust projections are displayed on the Miner Stats page with a “⚠ DUST” warning. You are responsible for monitoring your projected share and for understanding that very small hashrate in pure Prop + Pool mode may regularly fall below the dust threshold.
The “If You Find a Block” and “Pool Share” figures displayed on your Miner Stats page are projections based on the current round state and your current Solo Split ratio, computed against the current mesh-wide round state. They are not guarantees. Actual payout amounts are computed at the moment a block is found and can differ from displayed projections due to:
We make no representation that projected figures will equal actual payouts.
To eliminate any ambiguity: the Prop + Pool round only distributes a block reward when the winning share was routed to the Prop + Pool. If a miner in pure Solo mode — or the Solo-routed portion of a Solo Split miner — finds a block, that block’s coinbase transaction pays 98% to the finder’s address alone (plus the 2% developer fee). No Prop + Pool distribution occurs for that block.
You may observe on the statistics page that “the pool” found a block and still receive no payout, because “the pool” on the statistics page refers to any miner connected through SoloPool.Com on any region, while a Prop + Pool distribution requires the block to have been found by a Prop-Pool-routed share specifically. This is not a malfunction; it is the fundamental distinction between Solo mining and Prop + Pool mining.
Your Prop + Pool round contribution is reset when any block is found. A Solo-found block pays its finder alone and ends the round for everyone. Your accumulated round contribution is zeroed at that moment. It is not carried forward, not credited to the next round, not compensated, and not recoverable. Lifetime statistics are retained but do not pay. If the pool’s composition is dominated by Solo miners, extended periods may pass in which no Prop-Pool-routed winning share occurs, during which no Prop + Pool distribution will happen regardless of how active the pool appears — and every Solo block found in that period will reset your round contribution again.
In any dispute about mode, ratio, region, round share, penalty, or payout, the authoritative source of truth is the round state held by the block-finding server at the time of block construction and the resulting coinbase transaction as recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain. Displayed figures on the website, documentation, FAQs, and third-party tools are for convenience only and are not authoritative.
We offer NO GUARANTEE of availability, uptime, latency, or reliability, in any mode, on any region, at any time. There is no service level agreement, no uptime commitment, and no credit, refund, or remedy of any kind for an outage.
The Service may be unavailable, degraded, or unreachable due to causes including but not limited to: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; hardware failure; software faults; operating-system or kernel issues; exhaustion of disk, memory, or file descriptors; upstream network or transit provider failure; routing changes, BGP leaks, or hijacks; DNS resolution failure; CDN or reverse-proxy failure; TLS certificate expiry or revocation; data-center power, cooling, or connectivity loss; submarine cable cuts; DDoS or other attack; Bitcoin node desynchronization, reorganization, or fork; and action by any government, regulator, registrar, or provider.
Outages may affect one region, several regions, or all six, and may occur without notice. Regions may also become partitioned from one another while individually remaining online — that is, reachable by miners but not in agreement with each other. During a partition, round state on the affected servers may diverge, and a block found during that window may pay out from incomplete round state. See Section 3.
We are not liable for any loss, missed payout, reduced payout, accrued penalty, wasted electricity, or other adverse outcome arising from any outage, degradation, partition, or unavailability — whether of our infrastructure, a third party’s, the public Internet, or the Bitcoin network, and whether or not we knew of it, could have prevented it, or were negligent in relation to it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Downtime accrues penalties normally. An outage on our side, on your side, or anywhere in between will cause offline and hashrate-shortfall penalties to accrue exactly as any other absence of shares does (Section 11.4). We do not issue penalty waivers, back-credits, or clock resets for any reason.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue the Service or any individual regional endpoint at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.
We CANNOT GUARANTEE security. No system is completely secure. We are not liable for security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access to the Service.
Stratum connections are unencrypted by default (industry standard for Bitcoin mining). Passwords sent to the stratum server (including Solo Split ratio values) are not confidential and should not contain any sensitive information beyond the ratio value itself.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. Upon termination:
Bitcoin addresses, mining statistics, worker identifiers, regional endpoint usage, and block-finder information are publicly visible on our statistics pages and on the Bitcoin blockchain. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these data points are effectively public.
We do not sell personal information, store private keys, or have access to your wallet funds. We do retain mining statistics for operational and historical purposes.
We may modify these Terms at any time, including but not limited to changes to mode behavior, the developer fee, either penalty arm and its curve, the Solo Split 48-hour lock duration, the dust-limit handling rules, the round-reset rules, the composition and behaviour of the regional mesh, and the set of regional endpoints offered. Continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms — including disputes about mode behavior, regional endpoint behavior, Solo Split ratios, 48-hour lock outcomes, offline or hashrate-shortfall penalties, dust-limit exclusions, round resets, mesh convergence or propagation outcomes, network or regional outages, or projected vs actual payout amounts — shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class actions are prohibited. You waive jury trial rights.
REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME OF ANY ARBITRATION, CLAIM, OR PROCEEDING, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $1.00 USD, IN ANY MODE, ON ANY REGION, FOR ANY REASON.
This cap applies to the sum of all claims you may bring, across all modes (Solo, Prop + Pool, Solo Split), across all regions, across all time, and regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise). By accepting these Terms, you agree that $1.00 USD is the maximum recovery you may obtain from SoloPool.Com for any reason whatsoever. See Section 6 for the full limitation of liability.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of God; fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster; war, terrorism, civil unrest, or sabotage; government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement action; sanctions or export controls; epidemic or pandemic; labour dispute; power failure or grid instability; failure or degradation of any telecommunications, transit, ISP, DNS, CDN, registrar, certificate authority, data-center, or hosting provider; submarine cable damage; routing failures, BGP leaks, or hijacks; denial-of-service or other malicious attack; Bitcoin network forks, chain reorganizations, consensus changes, protocol changes, or sustained mempool or propagation disruption; cryptocurrency exchange failure; and any failure of a third party on whom we depend.
A network outage is a force majeure event whether it occurs on our infrastructure, on a provider’s, on the public Internet, or on the Bitcoin peer-to-peer network. We do not accept responsibility for network outages of any kind, and no such outage gives rise to any claim, credit, refund, penalty waiver, or other remedy.

Contacting us does not guarantee a response or resolution.
BY USING SOLOPOOL.COM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS.
YOU USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK IN EVERY MODE AND ON EVERY REGION. SOLO MODE IS EXTREMELY HIGH RISK AND WILL MOST LIKELY RESULT IN NO PAYOUT. PROP + POOL PAYS OUT ONLY WHEN A BLOCK IS FOUND VIA A PROP-POOL-ROUTED SHARE, AND THEN PAYS CONTRIBUTORS ON ALL SIX REGIONS. SOLO-FOUND BLOCKS DO NOT PAY PROP + POOL PARTICIPANTS. EVERY BLOCK, IN EVERY MODE, ON EVERY REGION, ENDS THE ROUND AND RESETS YOUR ROUND STATISTICS TO ZERO. SOLO SPLIT MODES CARRY THE RISKS OF BOTH SOLO AND PROP + POOL, PLUS THE 48-HOUR LOCK AND PENALTY DEWEIGHTING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK OUTAGES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING.
